Pizza night just got a whole lot healthier.

Check out this healthy and simple vegan pizza!


I subbed in whole wheat flour and vegan mozzarella cheese.  This pizza may be lighter on calories, but certainly not light on flavor:)

Whole wheat dough on the pizza stone.
Chopped tomatoes instead of sauce.
Vegan mozzarella.  It looks like the real thing and doesn't taste half bad either!
Corn.

Black beans from a can.  Don't forget to rinse and drain!
Sliced red onion.
Before going into the oven drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Slice an avocado to separate over the top of the hot pizza.
Yum-o!
