I'm all about the tulle skirt lately. It's so billowy and romantic, and reminds me a little bit of Carrie Bradshaw's outfit in the Sex & the City intro. I've been seeing so many gorgeous photos, and I've decided to attempt making one on my own. I think I figured out how to make it. I'll let you know how it goes:)
