We spent a few nights at this beachy breezy California hotel a few weeks back to celebrate the wedding of a dear high school pal.
Dolphin Bay Resort sits atop a cliff and overlooks the sparkling waters of the Pacific.
I was impressed as soon as we stepped into the lobby. It had high wood beam ceilings and a huge arched window to wow guests with the spectacular view. Our suite was spacious and had all the comforts of home and then some. We had not one, but two ocean view balconies, comfy beds, walk in closets, and a washer/dryer.
The outdoor area was also impressive, with an infinity edge pool and spa, poolside service, and the most delicious caprese salad I have ever eaten in my life! They also have a barbecue area and fire pit, where we enjoyed a glass of wine the night before the wedding.
