Recipe: lamb and lentil stew.

If you've got time to spend the afternoon in the kitchen, then you've got to try this recipe.  I of course got it off of my favorite foodsite, but here is the direct link to the recipe.

This was my first time cooking, or eating, red lentils.  They are so cute dried I almost didn't want to cook them.  Would it be weird to decorate with red lentils?  Maybe in a vase?  I don't know...

Back to the stew.  It's hearty and spicy, and perfect to warm you up on a winter night:)
