Recipe: edamame humus.


Here is another delicious and simple humus recipe for you.  It is super tangy and the perfect consistency for dipping pita chips or spreading on toast.


In a food processor, combine:
1 can garbanzo beans
1 pint edamame beans
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup sesame tahini
salt & pepper

Add enough olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.  That's it!
