Earlier this week I finally made it into the wholesale kitchen supply store over the bridge, named Eastern Baker's Supply. (Sounds silly, I know, but as I'm sure you're well aware now, I LOVE to cook!). Baking is certainly not my thing, but they have EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine you would need to cook up a storm.
The advantages of buying kitchenware at a restaurant supply store is that you receive a net discount on everything you purchase. The downside is that, well, it's a restaurant supply, and when will you ever need a 50 gallon soup pot or a ladle with a 3 foot long handle?
